December 2025 – Green Horizon Capital Partners (GHP) served as the exclusive financial advisor to Moody’s Corporation (NYSE:MCO) on the sale of its Regulatory Reporting & ALM Solutions business, inclusive of solutions for Basel III compliance, IFRS9 impairment accounting, large bank asset-liability management (ALM), Solvency II insurance reporting, and prudential and statistical regulatory reporting across more than 50 jurisdictions, to Regnology, a recognized leader in regulatory, risk, tax, and finance reporting, as well as supervisory technology, and a portfolio company of Nordic Capital*.
This transaction follows a series of recent transaction announcements, including KOR’s minority investment from Macquarie Capital Venture Capital and Social Links’ successful completion of a fundraising round in October.
